With Father’s Day just passing and Prince William’s birthday approaching (June 21) we wanted to honor one of the most famous, and classy, father-son duos: Prince William and Prince George. Both have gracefully stepped into their roles as part of the royal family, one a little more recently than the other. William will be turning 32, while George is quickly approaching his first birthday.
Because of Kate and William’s recent tour of New Zealand and Australia, Newscom has more images than ever before of the adorable baby Prince George. The poor child must never see his parents in public as they almost always carry him facing out (perfect for us because we get to see better pictures of him).
If you do a side-by-side comparison of George and William you can see that at a very young age, George is beginning to develop William’s concerned look, complete with slightly furrowed brow. While there has been some speculation that he is not a happy baby (a result of the majority of his pictures containing a pouty lip), we have all been assured by an eyewitness that he’s a very happy baby.
Despite the constraints on royals of having to be dignified at all times, a few moments of William playing with George were captured, specifically when they were meeting a bilby. Of course William was not making any of the ridiculous faces we all seem to end up making when we see a baby, but he was playful and having fun with his son like any loving father would.
We will have to enjoy these images of this father and son for now as it is thought George will not come out in public very often.
